Lauren Stewart, M.S.Ed.
Hi, I’m Lauren
PSYCHOTHERAPIST AT HEAD FIRST HEALTH
I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy should feel like a true partnership—one that helps you step out of old roles, reconnect with your values, and move toward a life that feels more honest, aligned, and sustainable.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I often support clients who are seen as strong and capable on the outside, yet quietly carry exhaustion, perfectionism, or self-doubt. In our sessions, you can expect a warm and collaborative space filled with genuine care, deep listening, honest conversation, and often a little laughter. My approach is steady and practical—you’ll leave with insights to reflect on as well as tools you can use right away.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck in anxious thought loops, painful memories, or patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we create space that feels grounding and empowering—where your wins are celebrated, your lows are met with compassion, and you can begin to rebuild trust in yourself. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms, but also to support your healing, confidence, and growth so you can live more fully.
What I love most about being a therapist is the privilege of walking alongside people through both challenges and breakthroughs. Nothing matters more to me than ensuring my clients feel supported, deeply understood, and that they truly belong—not just in the therapy room, but in every part of their lives.
