Hi, I’m Jenna

PSYCHOTHERAPIST AND ART THERAPIST AT HEAD FIRST HEALTH

You’re there for everyone else. But who’s there for you?

You are the person others rely on—the one who keeps things moving, shows up for everyone, and seems to have it together. But underneath, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure why certain relationships and patterns feel so difficult to change.

Maybe you’re grieving a loss, struggling with your relationship, or navigating parenting.

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

My goal is to create a safe, warm, and creative space where you can slow down, explore what you’re feeling, and better understand yourself without judgment. You don’t need to come in with the perfect words or even know exactly where to begin. We’ll start wherever you are.

Together, we’ll look at the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to how you feel today. Our work is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, and feel more confident navigating your life. You can expect me to show up with warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and a healthy dose of appropriate humor.

I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship & parenting challenges, & difficult life transitions.

There is no one-size-fits-all version of therapy. I draw from Art Therapy, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches to tailor our work to you and what you need.

As an Art Therapist, I can also incorporate creativity into our sessions when it feels helpful. You don’t need to consider yourself artistic or creative—sometimes having another way to express or explore something can help.

Whether we're talking, creating, reflecting, laughing, or sitting with something difficult, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel comfortable being fully yourself.
